Unitech has introduced a millimeter-wave radar solution—a “smart eye” for forklifts. With sensors around the vehicle, it detects obstacles within meters in real time, even in poor visibility. It triggers alarms and auto-adjusts speed/braking based on risk, cutting collision rates significantly.

How it Works？
Red Line/Zone Lights: Project a solid, bright red line on the floor around the forklift, defining a clear safety buffer for pedestrians.
Radar Sensor Systems: Detect objects/pedestrians in the danger zone, triggering flashing lights and sometimes audio alerts for the operator.

Ensure pedestrians stay a safe distance away from the forklift with the Red Zone Danger Area Warning Light. The Red Zone puts a bright red line on the floor to keep pedestrians away. This zone can also be called the HALO zone and can be adjusted to the distance of your choice.
